A distinctive reproduction of a traditional slab hut is the home of the 
not-for-profit Samford Art and Craft Association Inc.
Enjoy the short trip over the mountain range on Samford Road until you
reach the roundabout. Take the third exit into Main Street where you
will find John Scott Park on the left hand side. 
The Slab Hut sits in a garden setting and features local timbers and recycled corrugated iron. You will see a wide range of exciting & individual works of art and craft which reflect the diversity of
the members, who are there to offer a personalized service. 
The park is equipped with BBQ's, picnic tables,  playground and toilet facilities.
